To start I think I dealership should have let me know that there’s no shuttle service on the weekends, that way I would have made arrangements to get picked up and dropped off. Also it never fails that I take my vehicle in to get service be my 2015 Silverado or 2021 Tahoe the floor mats always have oil on them the steering wheel and seat , door handle. When you call to let service department know they make it sound like it’s NO big deal. This happens every time. Maybe a little training or slow down, I understand there on a time limit. But think of it as your own vehicle. Would you like it returned that way.

The worst customer service ever. Not only was I lied to about my warranty to cover repairs, I was charged over 1k for an unauthorized transmission pan drop. Nobody ever contacted me for updates. When I went to pick up my vehicle I was forced to pay, only to find out AFTER PAYING that my vehicle was not ready to go. I will never bring my vehicle here and this situation will go public.

Set appointment for 10 AM. For smog test, sat in waiting room for 1hr. I waited 1 hrs then asked when car would be ready. Told maybe 3 more hours they were backed up and short of mechanics that could do test. Ask for car back, went to another garage ask if he could do smog test and when. He said right now, 30 minutes later headed home test done. Very bad service experience with your service center.

Everyone we came in contact with during the purchasing process was very professional and polite, however the after sale experience getting an appointment for the initial set up on the functions of the computer systems in the vehicle is much less than satisfactory; having to wait a month to get an appointment is nonsense and definitely disappointing.

For the most part, 100%. But one big problem. They did not return my wheel locks tool to me. I left it in the middle console. It wasn't there when my vehicle was delivered back. I didn't notice until I had left. I called and notified service it was missing. I returned. They found it laying on the driveway. Apologized. This should not happen at a respectable dealership. So I must mark their performance down - 0%. I feel I should be compensated for my inconvenience!

The good: I was able to bring my car in the same day I called. Everyone was very polite. My service tech went out of his way to get me back to work when the shuttle was late. The bad: The driver of the shuttle that was supposed to run every hour didn't arrive until about 20 past the hour and I then saw him joking and laughing with other guys, making no effort to get the shuttle going. My service tech finally brought me back to my office. I went in for 3 things: (1) I had warning lights coming on and off on my dash. (2) My car was not starting well and I thought it was probably the battery. (3) I needed an oil change. I was very clear about what I needed. Only one thing was addressed - the battery. I was told it was all done but when I picked up the car the next day, the dash lights were still on and the oil change light was lit. I had to bring it back the day after that to complete the oil change. The dash lights were then looked at and determined to be a sensor issue, sensors not in stock. I thought I had paid to get them fixed - I paid almost a thousand dollars and had to spend 3 days dealing with it. The dash lights are still on. I flatly refuse to pay more for the sensors to be changed out. I don't know who is responsible for the poor level of service. When I got my invoice, I saw that the only thing written about my concerns when I brought it in was the poor starting. Nothing about the oil change or the dash lights. The guy who was driving the shuttle that day was disgraceful. The other people I interacted with were extremely friendly and seemed like they wanted to help but the fact that I had to go in for 3 days for relatively simple things and they're still not fully addressed is very discouraging. Do better.
